I attended ‘My story Program’ coached by Dahlia. It was a 6 week program which anchored me towards self discovery, exploring mental blocks, identifying limiting beliefs & at last creating a new reality.
I also explored the concepts of core values, importance of self love, relationship values & so on.
It was an intensive program which helped me understand self better through self – reflective exercises. These sessions helped me in gaining self awareness & move towards personal growth.
